Joe was born and raised in Jacksonville, NC and lived in NC for 25 years while being a very active traveler and visiting 45 states! Joe lived in Raleigh, NC for over 8 years and attended college at NC State University for both Paper Engineering & Chemical Engineering Degrees and an MBA—Go Pack! After working as an engineer / project manager / superintendent in the power industry for over 12 years he decided he loved helping people set and achieve their goals--that’s why he became a real estate agent! Joe believes understanding the basics of lending and real estate can help anyone build a strong foundation for financial security and he wants to be the person you navigate to for help. Now, Joe has been living and whole heartily invested in Wilmington, NC for 5 years. When he’s not working, he is serving on the board for a local non-profit called Waterman’s that helps underprivileged youth learn how to swim or he is enjoying obstacle course races, road races, and triathlons!
